Fools Inn 82 on Regent does not issue refunds under any circumstances once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.

All sales are final. Guests are encouraged to review all booking details carefully before confirming payment.

Fools Inn 82 on Regent does not allow cancellations once a booking has been processed.

If a guest chooses not to arrive, departs early, or fails to use the booking for any reason, the total booking amount remains non-refundable.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Payments are processed securely through Paystack or our authorised partners.
Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Refunds or Cancellations

All bookings are final and non-refundable.
Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all property rules. Fools Inn 82 on Regent reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if behaviour is disruptive or causes damage.
Liability

The property is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during a stay. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage they cause.
